::THE TEAM::

In 2002, before the modest start of GuamWEBZ, Rhaj Sharma, our Team leader, went searching for a web-designer to work on a website for a company he was involved in. Through this process he learned that firstly, it was very difficult to find anyone who provided the service of web design on Guam. When he did finally find a company on Guam who "promised" to whip-up a nice website, he discovered that their promises were like a bad internet connection...they got him no where. From there, still with out a functional website, he decided to teach himself the art of web design. With in a few months, Rhaj had designed his own site, plus a few sites for his friends. He realized, if he wanted to take this further, he would need a Team of web savvy web designers who had learned the science of web development. He went on another search...to find people who had dedicated themselves to the web industry. The result was a marriage between the art and science, the design and function, of websites. Now Guam was going to have a reliable and client-oriented web design company.

Today, with over a dozen web experts, we are working around the clock. We have a mixed team of individuals, some work on design, some on development, some specialize in simple sites, some in more complex features. Our general idea is to work as a TEAM...like the parts of your computer: the keyboard, the monitor, the mouse, the cpu, the hard-drive, you get the idea. As a Team, we are able to approach each project in sequence and systematically.

Though much of what we do is behind the scenes, we take great pride in seeing our final product in action. Its hard work, but its great, as we strive to take Guam's web experience to a higher notch. We're Guam's Right Click to the World Wide Web.
